How many people can afford $1800 for the calf and another $600-800 for processing all at one time? Thats $50 a week for beef. People can afford $50/week lots easier than $2500 at one time. Single parents in this world today, makin $15-25/hr if they're lucky, aint got much left at the end of the week. Just sayin.
