Well not a huge fan of bale feeders for the fact that when we regulate the heifers feed they don't eat all the time and get to big before calving. Also after there are calves on the ground we worry about them crowding around the feeder to keep warm and getting stepped on. Just nice to be able to feed them in the bunk.
