| some weeks my cows will hit the alfalfa first, then go back and slick up the grass. I think they know what they need themselves better that we do!
Don't worry about it! I'd be pretty happy, your grass must be really really good.....unless this hay you bought, was it preserved in any way? I have heard if too much is applied, it could bitter it up. I don't know anything about that stuff. might be some 'salt' to it though! | |
