Please explain the MILC payments to some of us dumb beef, pork, poultry, and grain farmers. Where do they come from, how do you qualify, is it a USDA sponsered subsidy, ect. I was under the impresssion, from past conversations on this board, that dairy and livestock got no direct subsidies?
