| I am trying to remember how it all went, but I think our regular vet was gone, and when he came home he diagnosed it and we vaccinatd them for it, I believe he said it would take 3 days for the vaccine to start working, meanwhile I believe we ran them through the chute 3 days in a row and temp them. Not sure if we treated them all with penn or just those with temp. seems like the vet was right in that by day 3 we stopped loosing them. I really think we pulled them off feed and just gave them hay, seems strange but that is what I remember. Of coarse this was back in 1991 so a lot of new meds and knowledge since then.
