I can see this as the biggest stumbling block for dairymen. We cannot agree, and once we don't agree, we attack each other, at least in US. A long time ago, in Canada, the dairymen joined together to establish a quota, and that system is ran by themselves. We on the other hand, belittle each other and wait for our Gov. to do something. It's like wiping before you poop, makes no sense.
