Kingston,Mi | Swmnhay beat me to posting the link to Wenzel Construction, 1 bead is removed , then the tire is pulled back over the remaining bead. Several backyard einsteisns have built machines to grasp and pull the tire inside out. On Wenzels page there is a link for waters bulit from construction or mine tires and it has a installation pdf attached.

Use Google patents to find US patent 4,278,413 issued to M. Hilts and it has the description of how the machine works and 4 drawings of the machine.
