Treynor IA | My neighbor puts his cows in an adjoining stalk field every fall. He doesn't feed them until there is nothing left but dirt. They are destroying my fence and get on my land and leave deep foot prints which makes notill difficult and graze my CRP which the goverment doesn't allow. Who makes a reasonably priced battery fence charger that will get about 2 months use a year use? TSC sells a charger for about $50, any good? | |
