western iowa,by Denison | Good post tc806,guess it is a dying game as there is a few people in the game but perhaps not as exciting to have chores 24-7,have noticed a lot of crop farmers on vacation, playing gulf,or boating,or whatever they do-seems like a cattleman has to work around feeding schedules and calving dates.Pretty boring life to me if I couldn't feed cattle,guess I could start farming more ground and chase that land rent higher to keep busy?I have some free time today between cracking corn and treating calves and already bored,going back to the farm to layout a new gate after chores! | |
