I have had good luck adding ATS to liquid N and applying it in the spring. Most of your good ag-retailers should be able to source it, no problem. If I remember correctly, 25 gallons of ATS per ton of 32% gives you a final analysis of around 28-0-0-5S, so you may have to add additional ATS to get your 25 units of S.
Make sure its well mixed and also be sure to utilize streamer bars to apply this solution (as increased leaf scorch will occur if spray nozzles or multi-hole nozzles are utilized - compared to just utilizing liquid N).
S (as you know) is a very mobile element, so applying it in the spring (especially in higher rainfall areas) will make it more available within the root zone when the crop requires it.
