There are some diseases in the soils and when there's a continuous susceptible crop, there's a bigger chance you'll see that disease again.

Nematode's are the same way. Seed and in furrow treatments, help a lot, but crop rotation is highly recommended where they are a big problem. They're going to stay where they have a host.
