SwMo on Ks line | Yes containment..Have some with cable works fine with cows and sale bull pens..We wean in pens with the feeder fence and then use the cable pens for yearlings,full of heifers right now. The pics are on far south of pens where we havent been able to feed with vert mixer. Nothing between that fence line and hiway 160 than 1 1/2 mile of open crop ground..Last few years my daughter and husband have showed up here with their calves after all weaning pens full of our calves. They bring about 30 club calves in here wean them and use our faclites for a sale. Works fine but myself ,Grandpa,or little brother get to do chores most days. Their farm 20 mile away. That was motivation to new bunk line. (little brother,son in law project). Beats carrying buckets.Son in law makes up chores AI ing,hauling,ect...Daughter FFA Advisor still living by exchange of labor rules....ok by me. | |
