North Mo. | Think about it on forage the cow will gain a bunch before calving in late May in your area. Our spring cows are on stockpile nothing else calves still on them and for the most part they are out creep grazing ahead. We could easily have weaned them and tightened the feed quality even more. If you are talking a dairy cow didn't know there was a cheap way to feed them. If our cows were a p3 we sure would not be only on stockpile and mineral and would not have been for a month. Ben | |
