Denison, Iowa | Gary, I didn't see your post about the service manager and wish I had. The service manager that is gone was doing a very good job in my opinion but I am not one of the biggest customers, however I do a lot of business there. He was the only service manager that would ever return a phone call and he really cared about customer service, as he treated ALL customers equal reguardless of your size. JMHOP.
