Eastern Iowa | I'd take offers, but I'm sort of still thinking I ought to be able to find a custom feeder for June hogs. I've got the feed, and the CBOT is still around $96 cwt. Just need to find a decent shed.
I put 400 head out on open lots here at the farm one October a few years ago when I couldn't get $40 apiece for 60 pounders. Figured I couldn't do worse than that feeding them outside. I was wrong. | |
