whitehall maryland | I too went with a vertical mixer, found a lease company to lease with low payment. Hay saving are amazing, plus I have neighbors giving me mulch hay that they cant use. Throw it in the mixer add some silage, bunks licked clean. I figure if I save at least 15 dollars a bale by grinding instead of feeding free choice. Multiply 15 time number of bales makes the mixer payment a lot easier to swallow. | |
