It looks real nice!! Looks like you put a ton of work into this project! The Jamesway single chain conveyors are very nice! We had to put a U shaped liner under the top chain, as the floor piece eventually rusted out along the sides and set on top of the bottom chain. If I could make a suggestion, put a liner piece under the chain while everything is new and clean. Mike the sides as tall as first bend, so you can use the carraige bolt to hold them in. Use 10 ft sections. Things will last a lot longer. Our conveyor is long enough that we use fence stretcher to pull slack out of chain, then remove a couple links. If we loosen bottom, then feed gets underneath things and chain can catch. If you can make connector span a few links longer or shorter, much easier to find connector. If you have feed fines leaking out of bottom doors, a little plastic body filler will seal holes nicely. What kind of feeder did you replace?
