yes there is a slight decline on the proofs but when i saw slight i mean very slight. from the aug. proof to the dec proof on average the decline fron one particular stud from bulls was 26 tpi points. but be sure to look at things as a whole not as a sample group of 1 or 2. its all on an average and large sample groups.
