40 ft by 90 ft 14 ft side wall 8 ft over hang our first one's had only 6ft we like the 8ft much better.. Our first barn similar to this, went up in 1996 and the post are fine except where a skid steer hit one, which is pretty good considering in gets scraped 3X everyday.. These style barns have been good for us..
