| Probably damned if you do and damned if you don't. I'd probably give it to him unless I had a really long lease and didn't care if I rented it again when its up. I would feel a need to disclose ALL expenses if I gave him the income. I also would probably be inclined to give him harvest prices rather than my actual reciepts.
