Sounds exactly like our set-up. We also try to keep under 110, find we gain more test weight that way.

Usually start filling a bin in the afternoon, maybe 1/3-1/2 full, stirrators and fan on overnight, then finish filling in the morning. When we start filling in the morning, we kick the heat on. We use a "very rough" rule of thumb of 8 hrs to remove a point of moisture under those conditions. So removing 6 points would take around 48hrs, or a little less. Another 12 to thoroughly cool, and you should be able to turn over a bin of corn from start to finish in under 72hrs.
