| Thanks for everyones input. This old barn has no sentimental value to me other than I like old barns. Von and Ed are both right the upkeep to these old barns is huge. It is in need of a new roof and either painting or new tin siding. The cost to put these on this barn far exceed what I can replace it with. It has no value from adding to look of my farm as the barn is at a completely different site than my house and other barn. I do have two buyers interested in it. I know one is mainly wanting the timbers. The other actually has commented of wanting to change it into a house!! | |
