I woulld stongly advise against it in the spring with a 45 day pre plant interval, but in the fall I don't know what rate you was thinking about, but we do 1.1 to 1.3 oz of canopy ex with 12 oz 6# lv ester and a 12 ounces of roundup o max works great. This will wok on a soil ph of 7
