It all depends on how it is harvested. I have no direct experience with the stuff, but have heard a lot of folks discussing it being really wet. I suppose that is because it was chopped to get the field cleaned off instead of waiting to get the correct moisture. Some can also get cull ears and trash from the processer which would always be very wet.
