"How much earlage will i need to put 700 lbs on a beef?"

Depends on the conversion of the calves. You are looking at 6-8 pounds of feed dry matter per pound of gain.

"How much earlage can i expect per acre? I have read whole corn yield plus 20% is that right?"

Depends on how much you get into the corn chopper. If you can snap off the ear shoot, husk, cob, grain, and silk, you are looking at half the plant matter, which would typically be 10 tons per acre at silage time. As things dry down, you get more grain and less other. Grain plus 20% probably reflects things when grain is in the 20s, moisture-wise.

"Do i need to add some hay buffer? "

Maybe. Depends on how much roughage you end up with. Hay helps balance the ration.
