back when I was an ag retailer, we blended soluble potash with 28% to make a finished analysis of 20-0-4. It worked well as a sidedress product but needed to be used up quickly as it would separate.

Another option is a 0-0-30 poatassium carbonate (solution grade) that may be blended with 28% and will be more stable. STILL, the N-K ratio should not exceed 5-1. The advantage to this is that it can be blended on-site.

Both of these will get you to the desired level of K that you are looking for if you are willing to sidedress 100-200 units N.

Depending on your area, you should be able to locate one or both of these K products.
