Well, in Iowa, I'd recommend something like the following.
100-65-50
The nitrogen rate is based off of the calculator here:
http://extension.agron.iastate.edu/soilfertility/nrate.aspx
figured at $550 NH3 and $3.50 corn. I assumed corn following soybeans. The P&K is crop removal only, no build.
