Subject: Re: winter wheat

Martinsville, Ohio
Boy what a question. I love wheat so much I want to plant the whole farm to it but that would not be sensible. I really want to learn these forage radishes and continuous no-till corn.

I guess I really need to buy and rent more land and that is a pricey, dicey situation.

Iowa is just prime corn ground like most of Ohio. I would experiment but lean more toward corn. Of course I have seen lots of 70 bu soybeans in Iowa and Ohio if you want to harvest and truck less bushels.

Trucking is a big cost on a farm these days.
