NW IA | We have renters that use the inside stuff with double sided tape, don't recommend that
for painted woodwork as it pulls the paint off when you remove it. We have made it a policy that they only put it on the exterior of house, using plaster lats to hold down the edges of the plastic and tar paper nails to attach. We have also put all new weatherstrip in the storms windows. Check your storms as that can also leak alot of air. | |
