Gauges on wells don't last long, at least not around here. My house well pressure comes on at 40, shuts off at 70, or maybe 45/70. I do not like low water pressure!!
That said, when water is running other then house water, the pressure stays around 35 due to several wells being tied into the house water and it waters the pecan trees.
