Take the face frames off the cabinets and send to a refinisher, replace the cabinet doors and hardware. Replace counter tops; formica is cheap durable and available in many colors/textures too. Replace the sink and hardware. Take about 6-weeks to decide about keeping or replacing appliances.

Oh and don't forget to change the curtains........
