There are also several good cabinet re-facing places.  Nu-Life is the one that comes to mind.  They use the same cabinet boxes you have now, just put new fronts on them.  Much more bank-account friendly than custom cabinets, not sure how they compare, cost wise, to big box stores new cabinets.   Best Buy and similar places often have appliance "sets" at an excellent savings as well.......ya get the stove, micro, fridge and dishwasher all for a set price, significantly under single purchase costs.  New sink will run ~$150+/- depending on how trendy you want to get.   Floor covering options are endless......again, depending on how you want to do it.  Have fun, and enjoy the new look!
