| I'd take her out to the bins and ask her in all seriousness how she would like to see it done. No accusing or demeaning tone, just ask her how she'd like to see it done with the equipment you have or can purchase. We've all stuck ourselves in dangerous spots but often times there are ways they can be made less dangerous. The harness might be enough, can you put in a catwalk? I think the best aproach is to have her explain in each situation that she sees why she thinks it's dangerous and how she thinks it could be made less so. If she's worth keeping, then she's worth trying to make happy. Some day her fear and your response to fixing it might save your life.
