add another vote for the nasal pillows.  I toss and turn also and have a hard time keeping it on all night, I pull if off w/o realizing it.

also, I thought I was the only one with the nocturnal choking, what a weird and scary ordeal first time it happened.  I don't think it has though since I got the cpap.
