You can make sweet tater pies out of them. Is that 5/8 s of a bushel basket. We need to see some pictures of those potatoes. Back when we sold some sweet potatoes I had some costumers that wanted the big ones for making pies. I much prefer sweet potatoe pie over pumpkin.
