Jim I have done some strip till with mole knives and 18" disk sealers.It would never work here in the spring,and many times it is to wet in the fall.

If I were going to try it again it would be with one of the in line rippers after harvest,probably with some dry fertilizer,but no N. We have issues with denitrification in the heavy clay river bottoms I farm.
