Little River, TX | What I have noticed is hopper resistant varieties do not have strong aphid resistance.
Here is a fairly good listing of certified seed varieties. They do not mention level of hopper resistance though, you have to know what varieties have hopper resistance.

Where you are hopper resistance may be of more value than aphid resistance.
If it were me I would go with the WL variety.
