| Mostly Fescue, maybe some Timothy. What I saw isn't too weedy, but it's grazed SHORT. Hard to really tell what's there. For haying, there's trees scattered all through it, just here and there, and I'm sure the new landowner won't want to push them on account of the "wildlife". After figuring some fertilizer, etc, I don't see anyway it can work. Pasture rent is going to have to get cheap at these fertilizer prices. | |
