| Maybe should clarify. The individual that contacted me is with a managment agency. I did some custom work for him on some CRP ground about 5 or 6 years ago. The buyer is from St. Louis. Neither one of them know many people in the immediate area. I don't think it will be hard to rent if the price is right. The price he quoted me is a quite a ways from right, IMHO. I'm supposed to meet with the manager this afternoon, so we'll see what happens. | |
