On green foxtail, Puma will have the best control and lowest cost. Giant foxtail is not on the label, but I think Puma would kill it dead. Discover is OK on foxtail, but the high rate is needed, a 1/2 rate is used with Puma on foxtail. BTW, my experience in ND has been that foxtail is only a problem in late planted HRS. The HRW is usually jointing and has the ground covered by the time foxtail emerges.
