Ed's pic is Poision Hemlock...nasty stuff, and has become worse than Johnsongrass and Canada Thistle combined! May be in wild parsnip family. Thanks to the railroads for bringing it in with the track ballast, it's pretty much all over Ohio now. Extremely hard to control. Crossbow will work, but comes back from spores in the soil, as i understand it.
