As far as Salers, yeah disposition. I've never had a bull, but we fed some Saler calvs one year, and bought some bred heiffers bred to a Saler bull one time. Very goosey cattle as far as I was concerned. But I've had Angus cattle be like that also, so maybe it was bad luck on my part.
On the original question, I had another thought. I have never used any before, but would a composite bull be worth considering?? Anybody know?
