Subject: How much Hog manure for Soybeans

Eastern Ontario

Got a new farm, just tiled and leveled. Wanting to put some hog manure on before rototilling and then planting beans 30". Not sure of the values of the soil. Got a cheap source of hog manure, and thought this could ensure some fertility for this year. How much is enough?  Applicator says that 3000 gal. would be OK. I have no experience with manures whatsoever.

Thanks in advance
