Aside from its expensive........   and thats ok because I don't have to buy it.



I think us non organic guys have a small fear in the back of the head that believes the rules that apply to organic farming may find their way into our farming practices.......   That would be a problem for me as I have yet to see any scientific evidence proving that it should happen.


Organic food has been produced forever, and our average life span has been increasing every year, especially as of the last 50 years without Organic food.      Not saying the food I produce is the reason for the increase in life years, but am saying it is part of the equation that supports this statement  "no scientific evidence organic food is better for you"......
