Subject: what to plant for fall/winter grazing?

South Central Kansas, Harper County
Due to a non-existent wheat crop, I am looking to pick up some more income this fall, in some way. I do graze wheat pasture in the fall with feeder cattle when the moisture is available. I have a couple of quarters I plan on rotating from wheat into either grain sorghum or soybeans next spring. What would you suggest to plant this fall, into heavy wheat cover(I am a notiller and the wheat has not been harvested), that would give me the best winter/spring grazing? This would be in southern Kansas.
thanks,
Jim
