| My theory is whenever I sell a portion of my crop it is a done deal because at the time I thought it was good enough so I don't get upset whenever the price rises or celebrate when the bottom falls out either. Selling your crops in increments is the best insurance in that you didn't sell all at low price and it gives you a chance to sell some at a higher price. Over the year you should have a good average if you keep up with all the reports, growing condition, etc. I agree with Kinzepower that $9 is a good price and you should be selling some because you are making money at that price but I never put all my eggs in one basket either.
