Subject: Building loading corral

Valley, NE
dad and i are going to build a loading corral for loading cows out of one of our pastures, that way we dont have to haul panels down every time. we use pickups and stock trailers and haul 9-10 cows per load with a total of about 80 head or so from the pasture. mostly just cows, but possibly calves in the future.

What we have:

15 twenty foot continuous fence panels made of heavy duty 3-4 inch pipe
40 railroad ties, we are thinking of putting three ties per panel
2 ten foot gates
2 sixteen foot gates( gates are made of the same heavy duty material as fence

anyone see any possible problems we might encounter when loading cattle???? all of them are pretty tame and gentle and probably wont be too much problem, just wanting a second opinion. thanks
