Franklinton, LA | The strips work if properly installed, monitored and maintained. I rely on keeping wood away from the foundation of my buildings and being very careful about shrubs and mulch. I also have a 6 - 8" deep and 6 - 8" wide insecticide barrier around the outside of all buildings. This area is retreated every 5 to 6 years. By the way, I live in southeast Louisiana. You will have termites if you are not very careful. | |
