Store them in root cellar here. Root cellar has cement floor. But we put cinder blocks on floor, then lay plywood down. Then stack bags on plywood. We get potatoes from farm that leaves dirt on them, but puts them in 50# paper bags with air holes in them. Ours will keep clear into mid summer July-Aug.
