Subject: cant get wheat beans in ground

west Tennessee
Just cant consistantly get my wheat beans in the ground. the ground is hard. the straw is thick. really getting tired of this. running two case ih 12oo planters on 15 inch rows.. Would someone please tell me what type of attatchment I need on my planters to insure good ground penetration. I will not plant another crop without a coulter or something. but I just dont really know what I need on this narrow of spacing......... Your advice is greatly appreciated... dAVE
